These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, access, and use of products and services provided directly by Vercel ("Vercel", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms apply to all Vercel-owned products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Software, systems, and tools.

  • Development services.

  • Branding services.

  • Design services.

  • Custom commissions.

  • Consultancy and other professional services.

By purchasing, accessing, commissioning, or using any Vercel product or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not purchase, access, or use Vercel products or services.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply only to products and services directly provided by Vercel.

These Terms do not apply to Marketplace Items.

Marketplace Items are products, services, or listings clearly marked as being provided through the Vercel Marketplace by third-party creators, sellers, partners, or organisations.

Marketplace Items are governed by their own separate Terms and agreements provided by the respective seller.

Vercel is not responsible for the terms, availability, quality, delivery, or support of Marketplace Items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Vercel products, services, designs, assets, code, systems, branding, documentation, files, concepts, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Vercel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a product or service does not automatically transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Customers receive only the rights specifically granted under these Terms.

3. Digital Products & Licences

When purchasing a Vercel product, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for its intended purpose.

Unless explicitly authorised by Vercel, you may not:

  • Redistribute or share products.

  • Sell, trade, sublicense, or transfer licences.

  • Upload products publicly.

  • Provide access to unauthorised individuals or organisations.

  • Claim ownership of Vercel products.

  • Remove protections, branding, or identifying information.

  • Use products outside the permitted purpose.

A purchase grants usage rights only and does not grant ownership.

4. Services & Custom Work

Vercel may provide services including branding, design, development, consulting, and custom commissions.

Before beginning work, Vercel may define:

  • Scope of work.

  • Deliverables.

  • Estimated timelines.

  • Required information.

  • Payment requirements.

Vercel reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any project request.

  • Modify project scope where necessary.

  • Pause or terminate work due to non-cooperation, abuse, delays, or violations of these Terms.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all internal files, working files, systems, processes, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Vercel.

Final deliverables and ownership rights may vary depending on the agreement made for the specific service.

5. Unauthorised Distribution & Leaks

Customers may not:

  • Share Vercel products with unauthorised users.

  • Release private files publicly.

  • Provide access to restricted parties.

Any unauthorised access, distribution, or disclosure may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Account Association & Restriction Circumvention

  • Shared accounts.

  • Third-party accounts.

  • Newly created accounts.

Any attempt to bypass restrictions may result in enforcement against all associated accounts.

Restricted parties may not:
