Juaniance's Seller Terms

These Seller Terms ("Terms") apply to all products and services provided by Juaniance ("Juaniance", "we", "us", or "our") through the Vercel Marketplace.
By purchasing or using any Marketplace Item sold by Juaniance, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms operate alongside the Vercel Marketplace Terms and Vercel Terms of Service. Where a conflict exists, the Vercel Terms and Marketplace Terms take precedence.
1. Products & Services
Juaniance offers digital products and services through the Vercel Marketplace.
Each Marketplace Item is described on its respective listing, which outlines what is included, any specific requirements, and any additional conditions that apply to that item.
2. Licence
Unless otherwise stated on the Marketplace listing, purchasing a Marketplace Item grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased item for its intended purpose.
Unless expressly permitted by Juaniance, you may not:
Redistribute, resell, or share Marketplace Items.
Upload Marketplace Items to public repositories or marketplaces.
Transfer your licence to another person or organisation.
Claim Marketplace Items as your own work.
Remove any included branding, copyright notices, or attribution where applicable.
All intellectual property rights remain with Juaniance unless explicitly transferred in writing.
3. Support & Updates
Support is provided at Juaniance's discretion and is limited to the purchased Marketplace Item.
Where appropriate, Juaniance may provide updates, fixes, or improvements. Unless explicitly stated on the Marketplace listing, future updates are not guaranteed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Reading the Marketplace listing before purchasing.
Ensuring the Marketplace Item meets their requirements.
Using purchased items in accordance with these Terms and any applicable platform rules.
Making any project-specific modifications required for their own use.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Marketplace Items, refunds are generally not available once the item has been delivered or access has been provided.
Refund requests may be considered where:
The incorrect Marketplace Item was delivered.
The Marketplace Item cannot reasonably be accessed due to an error attributable to Juaniance.
A refund is required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Juaniance is not responsible for:
Compatibility issues arising from third-party software, modifications, or assets.
Platform updates or changes outside Juaniance's control.
Issues caused by customer modifications or misuse.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of a Marketplace Item.
7. Changes to These Terms
Juaniance may update these Seller Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms apply to future purchases unless otherwise stated.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing or using any Marketplace Item sold by Juaniance through the Vercel Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Seller Terms.
