By purchasing, requesting, or using any Goldenvogue service, you agree to these Terms.

Uniform Tailoring.
Cabin Customisation.
Lounge Creation.
Other custom design services offered by Goldenvogue.
These Terms operate alongside the Vercel Marketplace Terms and Vercel Terms of Service. Where conflicts exist, Vercel's Terms take priority.
Goldenvogue provides custom design services for Roblox aviation, hospitality, and related virtual experiences.
Services may include:
Creation of custom uniforms, clothing designs, and related visual assets based on customer requirements.
Design and customisation of virtual aircraft cabins, interiors, layouts, and related assets.
Creation of virtual lounges, airport facilities, waiting areas, and related environment designs.
The exact deliverables, timeframe, and requirements will vary depending on each project.
Customers must provide sufficient information required for Goldenvogue to complete requested work.
This may include:
References.
Branding materials.
Logos.
Colour schemes.
Design requirements.
Technical requirements.
Other relevant information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted materials are accurate and that they have permission to use any provided content.
Delays caused by missing information, unclear instructions, or late responses may affect delivery times.
Goldenvogue may provide:
Initial concepts.
Design previews.
Drafts.
Progress updates.
Goldenvogue reserves the right to determine the most suitable workflow for completing a project.
Customers may not demand unreasonable changes outside the agreed scope of work.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers may request reasonable revisions during the development process.
Revisions must:
Relate to the original agreed requirements.
Be submitted clearly.
Not require a complete redesign unrelated to the original request.
Requests that significantly change the original project scope may require additional payment or a new agreement.
Goldenvogue reserves the right to determine whether a request is considered a revision or a new project.
Goldenvogue will aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe provided.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
Project complexity.
Customer communication.
Required revisions.
External circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed deadlines unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers receive permission to use completed deliverables for the purpose agreed during purchase.
Purchasing a Goldenvogue service does not automatically grant ownership of:
Source files.
Working files.
Templates.
Internal processes.
Unused concepts.
Development files.
Goldenvogue retains ownership of any materials not explicitly transferred.
Any ownership transfer must be agreed separately.
Customers may not claim ownership of Goldenvogue work before ownership rights have been explicitly transferred.
Customers may not:
Resell Goldenvogue designs.
Redistribute source materials.
Claim Goldenvogue work as their own creation.
Use designs outside the agreed purpose without permission.
Goldenvogue may display completed work in portfolios, advertisements, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information.
Providing necessary references and assets.
Communicating clearly.
Reviewing drafts and approvals.
Ensuring they have permission to use submitted materials.
Goldenvogue is not responsible for delays caused by customer inaction.
Due to the custom nature of Goldenvogue services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
Refund requests may be considered where:
Work has not started.
Goldenvogue is unable to complete the project.
Exceptional circumstances apply.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Change of mind.
Completed work.
Approved designs.
Delays caused by missing customer information.
Goldenvogue reserves the right to refuse or cancel projects that:
Violate platform rules.
Involve inappropriate content.
Cannot reasonably be completed.
Conflict with Goldenvogue standards.
Create security, legal, or reputational concerns.
Customers must communicate through approved channels provided by Goldenvogue or Vercel.
Goldenvogue is not responsible for agreements made outside official communication channels.
Goldenvogue aims to provide professional-quality custom designs.
However, customers acknowledge that:
Creative work involves subjective preferences.
Minor differences between expectations and final results may occur.
Approval of drafts confirms customer acceptance of design direction.
Goldenvogue services may involve platforms including Roblox, Discord, or other third-party services.
Goldenvogue is not responsible for:
Platform changes.
Platform moderation.
Platform outages.
Restrictions imposed by third parties.
Goldenvogue may update these Seller Terms where necessary.
Updated Terms apply to future purchases unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a Goldenvogue Marketplace service, you confirm that:
You have read and accepted these Terms.
You understand the nature of custom services.
You agree to cooperate throughout the project.
You understand that custom work may not be refundable once started.
